Whether you are browsing the site or reaching out about working together, this policy describes how Toba Group handles your data. Toba Group is a group of companies spanning several directions, and this policy applies to all inquiries to the group and its services.

1. What We Collect

We collect very little — only what's needed to run the site, improve our work, and stay in touch with you. This may include: Basic contact details (name, email, company) when you fill out a form or write to us. Analytics data (page views, time on site, device type, etc.) collected through tools such as Google Analytics. Collaboration details, if you work with us — materials, content, project requirements. Any information you share in an email, call, or message.

2. What We Use It For

We use the collected data only for its intended purpose. Namely: To respond to your messages and requests. To send project updates if we are working together. To improve how the site works and how people interact with it. To understand what matters to our audience and create better content. We do not use your data for spam or pass it on to third-party sales databases.

3. How We Store It

All personal data is stored securely, and access is limited to those Toba Group employees who need it for their work. We use secure communication systems. If you have ever worked with us, your project materials are kept in an archive solely for backup purposes.

4. Third-Party Tools

We use the following tools:

• Google Analytics 4 — analysis of website visits and interactions after consent to analytics cookies. The service may process online identifiers, approximate location and technical browser and device information.

• Meta Pixel — measurement of page views, successful contact form submissions and advertising effectiveness on Facebook and Instagram after consent to advertising cookies. Relevant event information and technical data are sent to Meta.

• Framer — website hosting, forms and collaborative design feedback.

• Slack and email — direct communication about enquiries and projects.

• Notion — organisation of project scope, timelines and feedback.
  
  These providers may process information needed to deliver their services, in accordance with the applicable service terms and privacy policies.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use them to remember your choices and, with your consent, for analytics and advertising measurement.

Necessary cookies

The toba_cookie_consent cookie stores your consent preferences for 180 days. It is not used for analytics or advertising.

Analytics cookies

Google Analytics 4 helps us analyse visits, traffic sources, page views, successful form submissions and clicks on contact links. Analytics tracking starts only after you consent to the “Analytics” category.

The analytics events we configure do not include form field contents, such as your name, email address or message.

Google Analytics may use _ga and _ga_* cookies. Under the default settings, these cookies have a lifespan of up to two years, which may be renewed when you visit the website. The actual lifespan may depend on service and browser settings.

Advertising cookies and Meta Pixel

We use Meta Pixel to measure advertising effectiveness on Facebook and Instagram, including page views and successful contact form submissions.
We also track successful job application submissions. CV contents and form field contents are not included in the Google Analytics and Meta Pixel events we configure.

Meta Pixel starts only after you consent to the “Advertising” category. It may send Meta information about the event, the URL of the page visited, your IP address, online identifiers and technical browser and device information. Meta may match this data with information it already holds, in accordance with its privacy policy and your settings.

The Meta Pixel events we configure do not include form field contents, such as your name, email address or message. Automatic Advanced Matching is disabled.

Meta Pixel may use the _fbp cookie to recognise a browser and the _fbc cookie to store an advertising click identifier when one is present in the link. Their standard lifespan is up to 90 days; the actual lifespan may depend on browser and service settings.

Your choices

The banner allows you to accept all cookie categories, reject optional categories or manage them individually. Analytics and advertising tracking are disabled by default and start after you consent to the relevant category.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” button. The page may reload to apply your choices. Withdrawing consent stops further tracking in the relevant category but does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using the contact form or contact links. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings; the website may then ask you to choose your preferences again.

Consent to cookies does not, by itself, provide us with your name, telephone number or email address.

If you become a client, we retain project materials, your name, and contact details for reference and future collaboration. If not, we delete the data related to your inquiry within 12 months. We do not keep data longer than necessary.
