1. Scope of Services

Before a project starts, we put the scope of work in writing: the list of services, target metrics, GEO, platforms, timeframe, and cost. This is documented in a commercial proposal or in an email. If tasks beyond the initial agreement are added during the process, we cost them out and agree them with you separately. New costs only arise after your confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

The standard model is prepayment per package: 50% at the start and 50% after the period closes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reports and access are provided after payment for the relevant period is received. A payment delay of more than 7 days may suspend work on the project.

3. Timelines

We work fast — we set a launch schedule and stick to it, provided that materials and input data arrive on time. If your team is out of contact for more than 14 days, we put the project on hold. A rescheduling fee may apply for moving a slot in the schedule.

4. Rights to the Result

The tools, infrastructure, methodologies, and internal know-how of Toba Group and its companies remain our property. The client receives the rights to the final result agreed within the scope of the project. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential results of our work in our portfolio, case studies, and social media. To opt out of this, notify us in writing before the start.

5. Communication

We use Telegram and email for communication. We respond to work-related messages within 24 hours on business days. Urgent matters and calls are arranged separately.

6. Cancellation

You may stop the collaboration at any time. In that case, the full scope of work actually agreed and completed is payable.

7. Liability

We guarantee the completion of work within the agreed scope. We are not liable for indirect damages, technical failures of third-party services (platforms, external tools, third-party services), or for use of the result beyond our control. We test and deliver the result conscientiously and with professional responsibility.

8. Confidentiality

Everything you share with us — strategy, materials, product details, internal documentation — remains confidential. We do not transfer, reuse, or disclose it without your permission. If a mutual NDA needs to be signed before the start, we are ready to do so.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page. If a project involves sensitive materials, let us know at the start, and we keep everything confidential.
